using outlook express in VB

hello,
i am developing a project for a small organization. they require me to let them access outlook express and send mails using Visual Basic.
how do i do this? i got to know that the code for doign this is available at codeguru.com, but i am unable to trace it. will somebody please give me the code or help me out of this asap.

use a MAPI session...look it up in the help file...you can control who, what, where, file attachments...very simple to use
