I have a specific problem with MS Access database. I have developed an inventory management system with VB6.0 with Access 97 as database. This is on network. Three computers are put on peer to peer network and access the database together. OS for all the three computers is Win 98. The problem is as follows:
Access Data base is getting corrupted once in two to three days operations. The system works on full strength for 8 Hrs a day.The message comes is "Unrecognised Data Base". Then I open the database and repair it using Access Repair utility. However, sometimes it does not get repaired also.
I am in deep trouble and requests for your expert advice to check. The data that is entered is getting lost.
