How to Convert a network drive to its shared name

I am trying to convert a mapped network drive (i.e. d:\MyFolder\ ) to its shared name (i.e. \\ComputerName\MyFolder\). Please assist. Thanks

I think the WNetGetConnection is the function which returns the name of the network device associated with a local drive letter.
