strange problem... not able to move the controls

I am not able to resize or move the controls in the form. I am able to adjust the height and width in the properties window, though.
why is this happening?

did you select "Lock Controls" from the Edit menu in VB 6?

...it's on the Format menu, not the Edit menu...

you are right...by mistake I choose Lock controls
