Splitting a String

Hi Friends,
I kishore, new to VB. I have a string which has few words seperated by
comma(,). Can anyone please tell me how to extract the words independtly ?

Ex:-- if string Name contains "Kishore,Kumar" then I want to retrieve "Kishore" and "Kumar" saperately.
