webbrowser control Problem.. !!! Please..

I want to change the value of the scroll bar in the WebBrowser Control..
Not use mouse or keyboard input..
I want to display the important part of the web page...
So.. I want to change the value..
But WebBrowser Control has not the method about the scroll bar ..
I have used the window API . or etc..
But i have failed..
Please...
