VB Run-time dll

Hi,I have a simple program as standard exe(VB60) file. Is Msvbvm60.dll the only dll I need?

By the way, my target machine is NT 40. Now I have IE40 and NT 40 installed, the dll is already there. Is there anyone know that whether the DLL come with NT 40 or IE40?

Where can I find those run-time needed information?

Any advices and infos are appreciateed
