Multiple languages

Hi,

I want to have my app to be multi-lingual. What concepts do exist for the national language support (nls)?

Using multi-language resources in one DLL, "main"-language in one DLL + text-only resource-dlls, resource-dlls for all languages? Other ideas?

I do need to support japanese, so unicode is compulsory.
