Problem Debugging Controls

I hav a problem with VB in that when developing controls and testing them under IE 5, then returning to the development environment the cursor for tab and arrow keys seems to stay in the properties box and not come out to the code area. Is there a fix for this? I am using SP3.

Another problem occured for someone in our office when they poped up a form off a control on the web page in debug mode that there was no way to give focus to this form. When it is run as the ocx it is fine. Any suggestions.
