ListCtrl grays selected Items when loosing focus????

ListCtrl grays selected Items when loosing focus
how can i change behaviour so the Listcontrol doesn't look disabled
when all items are selected.
Just like a normal List showing selected Items always selected (Blue)
regardless if it got the focus or not.

Any help welcome...
