Picture of custom control

I created my self a custom control to encrypt/decrypt data. There are only two tiny things I would like to know. As you might know, you can set the picture of the control. So I did. I compiled it, made a new project, added the control, but the picture doesn't fill the whole control. When designing the control, I added the picture, resized the control so the control is just as big as the picture. Is there a way to set the width, height of the control at design time, and setting it read-only so the designer using the control can't resize it(like a timer), and is there a way to make the control just the size of the picture, so you don't have a grey border at the left, and bottom side.
