A dll for JPEG decompression

I would be glad if you help me to find a _free_ dll (or OCX) that does a fast jpeg decompression, so I could use it just like I use LoadPicture() function: all I need is to have an ability of loading truecolor .jpg files into picture boxes, but VB's LoadPicture is so slow...
