I created a simple MDI application with VC 6 and modified the 16 x 16, 32 x 32 and 48 x 48 icons. The icon displayed in the control menu (upper left corner of standard MDI app) always appears as the windows "unknow file type icon" (the little flag). WHen I view the application in the directory listing for all views (list, detail, icon, etc) the expected icon shows up. I have not modified the resource name or anything. Any suggestions.
