A reinstall of VB 5 Pro after HD failure now will not run common dialogs - says There is no licence. I have tried registering the ocx with regsvr32 - any other ideas ?

There is a file vbctrls.reg on the VB setup cd that contains information about licensing. Importing this file into my registry has fixed this type of problem for me in the past.
