I thought everyone new about it but from what i read in a post, that may not be the case, so here it is:

Contains declarations of most API functions and a brief description of each function. It's very helpful for beginners and certainly a good reference for advanced users.

Unfortunately, a lot of people seem to just have a question and will not do any research on their own, even using the Search feature of this site.
