Dynamic Menubar at runtime

Does anyone know how to create a dynamic menubar at runtime, reading all menuitems from a sequential file?
Suggestions will be appreciate, but if there are some kind of Activex to make this, they are welcome. :O)

Have you tried the Load Method.You can Load a menu if you create its first Member in the Menu Editor and then use the Load (mnuMenutoLoad) command.
