I'm using VB5 on win98,but I can't load commdlg control (sp2).It show needs license key .Could you any one help me.Thanks a lot

Welcome to the world of VB installation bugs - there's a program on the VB5/6 CD called VBC.EXE which correctly installs / registers the controls.

AFAIK the affected controls are :

Common Dialog
MSFlexGrid
Rich Text Control

There may be some others.

If you need more help, take a look through the MSDN http://msdn.microsoft.com -

- And search for either VBC.EXE or VBCmpfix.exe
