I am trying to integrate a VB app into SourseSafe. How can I

created a new EXE from updated VB files via the command line

or similar command?

Check the VB helpfile for "command line switches"

This will show you how to create an exe from the commandprompt.

I don't know if this exactly what you want since I don't use sourcesafe, but it might help
