Problem with rating experts comments?

Hi
Can any body suggests what the following line says:

"You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to MikeAThon again."

I wanted to rate some experts comments/suggestions but i m not able to do so.

Please help me out.

i had this problem too... wanted to rate someone who helped me out a lot!

i think you can't rate the same person twice in a row before you rate someone in between...

Well... simply remember that you need to rate someone, and when you have distributed some reputation to others, come back to the post you like, and rate it when you are allowed to.

That's what I do.

Yeah, you need to spread the reputations points you give, this have been implemented to prevent abuse of course. Not sure the exact number of persons in between, but it's must be like 5-6, you can read details about reputations here, check at the bottom of the page:
