Looking for java programer for game

Hello. I have an idea for a game and have most of it ready. i require a programmer with knowledge on how to make a 3D chess style game to program it for me.

Is it like chess game or anything else but looking like similar to chess.

I do not know 3D java coding but the pic are really attractive to do work on it.
