unable to load locale categories error in asp script

Any ides how to solve this problem ?
Have tried setting LCID !

IMHO you can't do that from an ASP script.
You could create an ActiveX component that does it for you, install it on the server and instantiate it from your ASP using Server.CreateObject("yourProgId").

Have been able to detemine & set LCID using script got from softwing.com but still getting the error when trying to connect to informix database via odbc driver !
