Wave 525 Development help needed

hi guys
i am new to this forum
i am trying to decode brcm21331.elf
brcm21331.elf is a file that samsung wave 525 uses to boot bada
i am trying to port android on this forum
unfortunately i am not really well versed with coding
i tried to decode the file using ida pro
but still i do not understand the coding
the earlier security lapses have been found in fota
the bootloader of all wave phones is multiloader
could you guys please find a security lapse in the .fota and.elf file so that android can be run on this phone
