What's this CIDAEMON.EXE ?

Hi ALL.,

My OS is Win'2000 Server . After running my PC for few minutes , one file called "CIDAEMON.EXE" automatically runs and it takes CPU performance upto 95% . It keeps the high performance in 70~90% range .

Can anyone please tell me about this problem.?
