Query with DISTINCT on access database

I'm having trouble with my query statement. I'm pasting tables image bellow.

I would like to remove duplicates based on ID_narocila column and select all items that are written in my sql statement. Can you please help me with the query.

This should have been compensated for before creating the database. If you had set up your Db not to accept duplicates, there wouldn't have been a problem, IMHO. You could have used the Indexed property of the Access field to set this up
