Need help and resources on event driven technique e.g. drag n drop, draw, edit shapes

Whats up fellas?
I need to know where I can go to find the right tuts allowing me to review how to: A).Click a button, then click my canvas, then have the shape assigned to that button to be drawn right at the point of the click. Or: B). just drag and drop from the button and the same thing happen. C) how to allow the user to alter the drawn shape with a mouse click. I Just need to find a goooood resource of tuts and knowledge on any & all things interactive in c#.

Also do ant of you guys know where I can find a good tut on how to build a Petri Net editor?
