BeudOS (trying to interpret an OS in Visual Basic .NET code)

Hello. I have a project I'm working on called BeudOS to try to interpret Windows 3.1 and other OSes.

And after I'm active and developing again, there will be another build in the works. I am currently working on this, but development will be halted until a later date as of tomorrow.
