How to control one VB program from another VB program
I am new to this forum ... I have a "quick question"ยจ:
To keep things simple, let's assume that both VB Program1.exe and VB Program2.exe are up and running. Let me just boil it down to a Program1.Exe with a Control1Button. When I push that Control1Button I'd like a Control2Button in Program2.exe to be clicked (to react to a click event).
If someone can show me this, then I think I could do the remainder of tying the manager program1 with the worker program2.
Thanks kindly.

Create a .DLL that you can then use in your project(s). It can have methods that accept arguments, and returns a specific type of result. Load that .DLL from Project1 and it will work. You can mix various .DLL's that are designed to work TOGETHER.
