Develop on Windows Mobile iOS Game

My self I have been enjoying around the concept of developing on Windows mobile Phone activity for a while now. However, new to the development part. What is the best way to go about coding/programming for our activity. I am very willing to understand. It is very simple activity. It is simple to make and value in the new Display. I observed you can post immediately to the App shop through it.

Any one help I can get would be much appreciated!!
