webbrowser design mode question + help thanks

hello all i have a question for a project am working with i am requesting a little help from you king people thank you.

i set my webbrowser to design mode
wb.Document.DesignMode = "On"
now what i wish to do is when i drag anything (button ) , ( images ) i want that item to follow my mouse and were ever i let go the mouse the item should be dropped there no matter what, currently when i try and drag the item it doesn't want to leave its place , only option it has is to use alignment option , please somebody if you can help it will be big help in my project am working for my college thank you

i ask you all this 1 big favour please

just say there is an image placed on browser i wish to drag it anywere i want freely without the browser taking the item bback to its original location , want to able to drag and drop over any items
