can someone PLEASE tell me how to start windows calculator and close it with C++ code

Hi,
I'm a newbie, but I'm not a retard.... I just started programming 5 days ago, so I don't know what C++ can do just yet.... but from what I've read it's pretty powerfull.
I'm sure it's a simple task... yet I can't find a single good article or tutorial.

I want to start an exe file with my C++ code, and then close it again later in the program.

like windows calculator....

can someone PLEASE give me an example of the syntax and required libraries to do this ?
