how to drag &drop the datagridviewrow between different application

frnds can u just help me out with this problem .
i have been trying to drag drop the row between different application since last 5 days but ended up with no solution .
while i m dropping the datagridviewrow from another application to my application i m getting system._comobject instead of dataobject.i get dataobject while doing drag drop of rows in same application.
plz help me out i don't know how to get the row details from system._comobject.i have to complete it in three days plz .
