Look at the CaptureSound and PlaySound examples in the Direct X SDK.
i have checked it but i want different Scenrio
I dont want to record the voice in a wave file and then play it through a button
i want an application that includes a button and as i click it, it directly captures the sound of microphone
Means as i utter the words i am able to hear them after some time delay ... means sort of echo , or as soon as i utter the words i hear them with no delay
Probably it may use SoundCard directly or Wave Api's
Can anyone help me how can i proceed?
Can anyone provide me a code snippet?
using waveIn* (such as waveInOpen) for capture voice from microphone
may be more complicated than using Dx,but it can run without Dx.
if you sure want to use that I can give you my sample.
I have browsed many other related areas and now finally have decided to use Wave APIs
I shall be thankful if provide me code sample
Moreover one thing more
I want to play a wave file using Wave API how will i proceed??? how will i load the resource and then play it?
Regards,
Sarah
