UserControl with DateTime property

Hey guys,

I've created an user control with a 'MinDate' property. My PC's local is set to en-GB, the region settings (date and number) is set to english (UK) and in the Global's Application_BeginRequest I set the Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture and Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentUJICulture to en-GB.

But still, when I enter the data '01/12/2010' (1 Dec) in the html mark up, it gets converted to Jan 12. When I enter '1 Deb 2010' in the mark up, it's converted correctly.

How to solve this?
