.NET Charting tool

Hello everyone.

I was just wondering if anybody had a good suggestion for a .Net Charting tool. I'm not looking for a user interface kinda thing, just something that can create a 2D chart from some values and then generate the chart in png or jpg format.

under $1500
multiple axes
logarithmic axes
customizable legend

Any help is appreciated

Well what have you looked at thus far? A quick google search will turn up multiple free results, including MS Chart controls and ZedGraph, both good options.
