I know this is kind of off the wall, and maybe I'm a total noob for suggesting it, but I think there should be a dedicated Lua forum, like the Python forum. Does anyone else think there's a demand for this? Has this been considered?

I'll be shocked if there is enough support for this forum. After all, how many Lau questions have already been posted on the forum?
If you can show support, then we'll consider adding it.
Brad!
Brad Has Put up the process used to get a new forum added
The Python forum was specifically asked far and backed by several users..
Follow the same process and you might be able to get a LUA forum added..
Gremmy..
LUA is a newborn and we still feel lack of books and documents for it.
soon or later LUA will beat python because of its performance.
i think within the next year having a forum dedicated to LUA will attarct more users to it.
Never heard of LUA... I don't see a point for such a forum at this time.
Post a link or something. I haven't heard of it
Search the Web? The Lua homepage is the first result for me. I have never seriously looked into the language, but I recall jokes about programming in Lua back in school because I had a classmate whose surname was Lua :DQuote:
