Senior C# Engineer

Location: Ireland, Cork


Description:

We are looking for a C# .NET Software Engineer interested in working with the latest web application technology. This is a varied role in a fast paced, agile environment. You will be required to work on your own initiative and produce robust, high quality code. Provide guidance to other developers on the team. Ensure all QA procedures are satisfied in terms of process and documentation. The software team produces high quality web applications for participants and administrators of Equity/Share plans, across multiple countries and languages. The company uses some of the latest Microsoft technologies, and aims to keep the team up-to-date with new technology releases.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in software development
• Strong C# (.NET 3.5/4)
• ASP.NET MVC 3
• LINQ
• Enterprise Library Blocks (Data, Caching)
• Software Analysis and Design experience
o Writing detailed specification and requirements
o Translating requirements to software design and code
• UML Experience
• Understanding of Design Patterns
• SQL Server and TSQL Knowledge
• Fluency in English
