Job Description – Associate

As an Associate with our client you will work on a project team to deliver technology solutions to customers. Most of your projects will involve working with clients to understand and document their business and technology requirements and then designing, coding and testing technology solutions. You may work on IT strategy or process projects as well. On some projects, you may be a team lead for one or more consultants. You will also be involved in building the company by participating in intellectual capital development, training, recruiting, business development and other activities that interest you.

Required Qualifications

· Three to seven years of consulting or related experience
· Experience in Java, Microsoft .Net, or BI technologies
· Experience working with clients or customers
· Demonstrated leadership through project roles
· Experience with multiple phases of the SDLC
· Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or comparable major
· Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
