Programmer needed ASAP!!

I've just had a deal with a client to develop a Clinic Management System using vb.net with these features:

1) Patient Registration
2) Patient Queue
3) Patient Medical Records & Prescription
4) Pharmacy & Prescription
5) Cashier
6) Panel Invoice Generation & Printing
7) Drugs Master List
8) Drug Inventory
9) Security, User Administration & Database Management

If there's anyone have previous experience working on similar project, feel free to provide your project prototype.
