c/C++ development on Embedded Linux

I am c++ developer I need to start development on embedded Linux in future.
I need to know C/C++ development on embedded Linux environment.Is it possible to install embedded Linux on PC to develop c++ application.

can anybody Guide how can Embedded Linux for c++ development

Man, this is VC++ forum. Embedded Linux has nothing to do with VC afaik. You have to find some Linux forum to ask your question there.
