Windows application for Skype
Hey sup, I'm what you guys would call a programming noob. I'm taking an intro to programming class in college right now to give you an idea. Right now I'm trying to write a program (or whatever is actually needed) that will automatically minimize Skype once the call is terminated. What I hear is that I just need to simulate a mouse click on the minimize button once Skype recognizes that the call has been terminated. Here is where I found the Skype API. I've never used API in my coding, I have no idea how it ties into my code so I'm hoping that you guys can help me with this. This isn't a homework assignment just something I'm doing on my own to try and understand programming a little better. Pardon if this is not the right board for this. Thanks and I appreciate any help you can give me!
Re: Windows application for Skype
Alright, after looking more into API etc. I've learned that programming something like this is way ahead of me... lol.
Re: Windows application for Skype
If you are just in the process of taking an intro to programming, then I would advice you to first concentrate on that material to get a grip of the basics. Once you are fluent with the basics you can start thinking about more complicated things.
Re: Windows application for Skype
I've been doing a lot of research in regards to this over the passed couple days... I'm actually making some progress there's just some blank spots in the process I have yet to read about or understand.
