please i want help in streaming audio via UDP winsock

i read this post but i have question if any one can help me to make it by UDP ,...

UDP doesn't work. TCP counts what comes in, and puts it in order. UDP comes in when it wants. It just eventually will get there.

oh,.. you are right.... thats seem to be logic because i know that UDP has no Winsock_SendComplete()

You detect it on each end. The server never re-connects. The client does, but both monitor it
