Need Help with creating a simple program!!!

Hey guys well i am new to programming in visual basic so i thought i could get some help from this forum :)

i want to create a simple programm where you can type in your email and then below your password and all that typen info will come to my email or my ftp or whatever.
it would be really greatful if you guys could give me the whole code for the program or a video tutorial link, nor i dont know how to connect the programm to a ftp

You should probably do a search for ftp samples in Vb6
