Anyone expierenced with uploading photos to facebook from PC

Hi Folks,

I use Borland C++ Builder and have a need to be able to upload photos to the users facebook page from an app I've written. Problem is everything I can find on the subject is either for a phone or uses MS tools with libraries I'm not familiar with. Thinking if I could find someone that understands the process we might be able to come up with a way to do this. Maybe a stand alone Windows program to do the actual upload, I could put the user interface in my software and pass the file name and user log-on info to the upload app.

Anyone know anything about Uploading Photos to Facebook?
