Well, it was like something like -6 or -8. It feels colder though in windy days. I'm not cold-friendly, so I used to put the hood on. ;) And was also helpful for my undercover mission. :D
Yea, on windy days it can feel pretty cold indeed ...
And with that outfit, your undercover mission had no chance of failing ;)
