Strange MS SDK compile error pls help

I get:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDK\include\comsvcs.h(9939) : error C2146: syntax error : missing ';' before identifier 'RESTYPID'
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDK\include\comsvcs.h(9939) : fatal error C1004: unexpected end of file found

When I compile. Since I assume the MS SDK to be (relatively) error free, something must be wrong with my project. Anyone got a good idea?
