problem

i have one issue i made one windows program so now i want when my exe execute with some perameter in commandprompt it generate new exe with this perameter include and if not generate new its okay that exe modified this new perameter in it so plz tell me which winapi i use for it ?????

Please re-write that post. I don't have a clue of what you seek and most likely nobody else has either judging from the lack of replies.

you aren't allowed to distribute the COMPILE that you would need to COMPILE a NEW application. (exe)
