java can't find mistake

Hi! I have one mistake in java code. I can't add new clients, it says "record added", but its not :cry:
All other functions work perfectly fine. Currently I'm working in eclipse which connected to phpmyadmin, in phpmyadmin everything is saved, but in eclipse "add new clients" doesn't work. Attachment 35299
