sscanf looks like
sscanf(input,"%lu %lu %lu %lu %lu", &d1, &d2, &d3, &d4, &d5)
The variables are long ints. Also, the output of the first 61 lines is valid.

input has the first 3 values correct and then the first 4 digits of the 4th.
