Wait, so would I simply be able to say:
forceX = (-G*M1*M2/R^2) / (y2-y1)
forceY = (-G*M1*M2/R^2) / (x2-x1)

Hi, I've been having trouble working on this physics engine of mine. Right now I'm having trouble adding gravity.
The game is a spaceship--which you control--flying around in space with asteroids...

Thanks.. I've tried to fix my code with what you two suggested.. I'm doing something wrong, however. I hate to continue posting topics about this, but I really need the help and I want my question to...

Thanks for another great reply.
As for the neater code: it is much neater--I don't know what else to say.
I will definitely implement it in this manner when I get done with the gravity part. (I...

Thanks for the help. I got that part working.

Actually I'm very confused.
How do I find the length of the vector V?
And what special...

Yes, I did mean truncating.
I switched it to floats and I set the precision to 10.
The program is working flawlessly now if anyone is interested in seeing the RPN Calculator

Bounds of 1 and 4 would be referring to

To those who care:
I finally found the problem. I was calling iStack.top() while iStack was empty.
To circumvent this, I did:

I'm currently messing around with passing a pointer to the stack instead, but to no avail.
