SQL Server syntax should be the same
I use this every day
SELECT * into tablename1 from tablename2
will copy table2 into table1

here's the problem,
these 2 lines in the constructor
will call the PROPERTY and not the data member
now you set max to 0 will go throug ok

1 - Check if your string is in UNICODE or ASCII. Might be different code
